Payment
If you have paid a deposit the full amount will need to be cleared 20 working days before the workshop.  If you are paying by credit card the balance will be taken off your credit card 20 working days prior to the workshop.  If you are paying by cheque, cash or bank transfer, funds must be remitted 20 working days prior to the workshop.

Payment Plan
If you pay a deposit, and then pay the balance 4 weeks before the event, a 5% Administration Charge will be incurred.
If you pay a deposit, and pay instalments up until the event, a 5% Administration Charge will be incurred.

You autthorise Investment Mastery to take all outstanding payments on the Payment Plan, using the card details given, on the specified date(s).

Transfer Fee
8 weeks notice is required if you need to transfer to an alternative date, or the following charges will be incurred. This is due to venue costs and having empty seats, which could have been reserved for other participants. Your transfer agreement will be valid for one year and your transfer must be done in writing / email.  There is no limit to the number of transfers undertaken within one year.

Cancellation Fee
Deposit and workshop fee is non refundable. However you can transfer to any other dates subject to availability within a one year period.  In the event of a no-show where you do not arrive for a workshop without a written cancellation you will forfeit all course funds.
You have the choice to cancel your booking and get a full refund within 14 days from the day you have signed up. You must do this in writing / email.
