The Ten Minute Billionaires

Take a close look at the images. For some reason the broker went crazy and the trading account went into the billions (look at the red arrows). For ten minutes Avi and I were the richest men on the planet. It was great to experience the feelings even if for a moment. (Click on the image to enlarge and see how much our account held!). This happened back in 2009 – and Avi reminded me of it today, so I thought I would share it with you.

Successful workshop despite the snow

Congratulations to all of you who attended the workshop at the weekend despite the awful weather. I must say that clearing the car park of snow was above and beyond the requirements for the course. If “how you do something is how you do anything” then I’m expecting great results from these graduates!

We also had a journalist from a National Newspaper attend, and we got some great feedback, so I’ll keep you posted. The journalist had seen me on the BBC Money Programme , and wanted to know when we would be rubbing our ears (as they did in the programme) but I did say that wasn’t part of the course.

As you can see by our photos, we have a trading room, and everyone gets a computer and places a trade. It is a real hands on interactive experience, it’s what we do best, and I am very proud of the quality of teaching that we provide.
