By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any Investment Mastery Trading Limited Services, whether or not you become a registered user (“User”, “You”,  “Yourself”, “Your”), You agree to be bound by these Terms, which You acknowledge that You have read and understood.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. You must regularly review these Terms at https://www.investment-mastery.com/services-terms-conditions/ to keep Yourself informed of any changes.
2. EARNINGS AND INCOME DISCLAIMER:Investment Mastery Trading Limited (“Investment Mastery”) cannot and does not guarantee your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. What we can guarantee is your satisfaction with our training. You should know that all products and services by our company are for educational and informational purposes only. Investing involves several risks. Investment Mastery and its staff will only provide you with general advice, not personal or financial advice. That means we will not take into account your personal objectives, financial situations or needs, even if they are known. Accordingly, the direction of our education may not be appropriate for you. We may provide general advice regarding investment size, the level of margin needed and risk management techniques appropriate for our investing strategies. Please understand results presented are not typical. Past results, income and percentage claims do not indicate your future returns. Although our customers see above-average results, the average person who follows any educational material on investing gets little to no results. Financial instruments can go down and up, resulting in you receiving less than you originally invested. Do not assume any recommendations, insights, charts, theories, or philosophies will ensure profitable investing for you. Pictures, videos, and any chart analysis (through pre-recorded video or live) are used for example purposes only. Please ensure you obtain professional or financial advice to ensure that investing in financial products suits your circumstances. Ensure you get, read, and understand any applicable offer document. We suggest you obtain professional financial advice from a certified tax or financial professional if unsure.

  • Investment Mastery Trading Limited (“Investment Mastery”) head office is open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. UK Time.
  • We close for all United Kingdom government observed holidays
  • We close for the Christmas and New Year Holidays (dates dependant on the holiday calendar)

These policies and procedures apply to all Investment Mastery products and services sold on this site or any other site owned by Investment Mastery that includes a link to this page.

Billing Address

  • The billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to.

3. Returns and Cancellations

3.1 Physical Returns, Non-Subscription Products & Shipping

Returns & Non- Subscription Cancellations

  • Returning and refunds of any physical products do not cover shipping and handling fees because the customer decided to try the product. Therefore, the customer accepts to pay the price to ship the product back for return and refund.
  • Customers must contact our administrational department for any return and refund requests on admin@investment-mastery.com. No returns can be accepted without prior communication from the customer and confirmation of receipt from Investment Mastery.
  • Once a return is received, or a valid refund request is submitted, the refund process will take no more than ten working days. All refunds, including international, will be returned to the original credit card OR bank transfer (only if this was the original payment method).
  • You have FOURTEEN (14) DAYS from the original purchase date to return the product to receive your refund, no questions asked. Any return received after the FOURTEEN (14) DAY time limit will not be processed, with no exceptions.
  • To ensure that your product is not lost or damaged, we strongly recommend sending the product certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned, we cannot issue a refund.
  • Valid proof of returning a product includes delivery confirmation or signature required via a credible posting service, which must be agreed with Investment Mastery. If the customer has delivery confirmation or signature required, a full refund will be issued.
  • Due to loss or missing or slow mail, we will honour any package postmarked for up to one year after the purchase of the product.

3.2 Subscriptions, Memberships, Trials, and Digital Products

Free Trials: Your Investment Mastery membership may start with a free trial. The free trial period of your membership lasts for no longer than one month or as otherwise specified during sign-up and is intended to allow new, and certain former members to (re)try the service.

Free Trial Eligibility: Eligibility is determined by Investment Mastery at its sole discretion, and we may limit eligibility or duration to prevent free trial abuse. We reserve the right to revoke the free trial and put your account on hold if we determine that you are not eligible. Members of households with an existing or recent Investment Mastery membership are not eligible. We may use information such as device ID, payment method, or an account email address used with an existing or recent Investment Mastery membership to determine eligibility. For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply.

Trial Billing: We will charge your Payment Method for your monthly membership fee at the end of the free trial period. Your membership will automatically renew monthly unless you cancel your membership before the free trial period. To view the monthly membership price and end date of your free trial period, visit our website and click the “Billing details” link on the “Account” page. If unsure, be certain to contact our administrational team at admin@investment-mastery.com.

Billing Cycle: The membership fee for the Investment Mastery service any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged every month to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of the paying portion of your membership until your membership is cancelled. Membership fees are fully earned upon payment. In some cases, your payment date may change. For example, if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month. We may authorise your Payment Method in anticipation of membership or service-related charges through various methods, including authorising it up to approximately one month of service as soon as you register. In some instances, your available balance or credit limit may be reduced to reflect the authorisation during your free trial period.

Cancellation: You can cancel your Investment Mastery membership at any time. You will continue to have access to the Investment Mastery service through the end of your monthly billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month/year membership period, this includes yearly memberships. To cancel, you must contact our administrational team at admin@investment-mastery.com at least 2 weeks before your next payment date.

  • Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any customer for one specific product more than once. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but any money-back guarantee(s) become void after a customer has used it for one specific product.
  • You must ensure that your product is not lost or damaged; we strongly recommend sending the product certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned, we cannot issue a refund.
  • Valid proof of returning a product includes delivery confirmation or signature required via a credible delivery service agreed upon by both parties before return. If the customer has delivery confirmation or signature required, a full refund will be issued.
    Due to loss or missing or slow mail, we will honour any package postmarked for up to one year after the purchase of the product.

Membership Pausing: If extenuating circumstances arise (proof may be required), Investment Mastery may, at their discretion, allow you to pause your membership for up to three calendar months if informed in writing to admin@investment-mastery.com. Under no circumstances does this warrant any refund.

Membership Suspension: Investment Mastery holds the right to suspend your membership, temporarily or permanently, if we feel your participation does not follow nor meet our values and code of ethics. Investment Mastery is not obligated to refund any membership fees under this clause. However, good practice means you may be entitled to a partial refund if we choose to remove you from our membership portal/community. This will be at the discretion of Investment Mastery only.

4. Terms of Subscription / Membership Renewal

Trial members will receive a notice from us that your trial period is ending or that the paying portion of your membership has begun. We will continue to bill your Payment Method every month for your membership fee until you cancel.

Monthly Investment Mastery Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price for a minimum of 3 months until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel 2 weeks before next payment date.

Yearly Investment Mastery Subscribers will be notified via email before renewal. The annual subscription will automatically renew each year at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel.

Cancellation details and how to cancel can be found under ‘Cancelations’ in section 3.2 above.

5. Discounts, Special Offers and Bonuses

By enrolling into any Investment Mastery memberships or purchasing any of our services or products, you may have received additional discounts/bonuses. Any changes to your membership by You will incur a loss of the package discount. After that, any discounts will be void, and any free bonus items included in the package will be charged at our standard prices.

Any discounts or bonuses added to your purchase are valid for your first-time purchase only and are not guaranteed upon your membership renewal or any future purchases.

6. Use and Completion of Subscriptions, Memberships, and Digital Products

Any subscription(s), membership(s), trial(s), digital product(s), workshops (live or virtual) or bonuses included in your membership must be completed within the timeframe allocated to your membership purchase from the date of this Agreement. There will be no credit for any subscription(s), membership(s), trial(s), digital product(s), workshops (live or virtual) or bonuses that are not used within your membership timeframe. For example, if you purchase a 1-year membership, all products, services, courses, training, events (live or virtual) or bonuses are valid for 1-year. Under no circumstances are extensions granted.

7. Gold Fast-Track Membership

Please be advised that the Gold Fast-Track Membership is a twelve-month programme and runs on a twelve-month schedule that begins and ends on a certain date that is determined by your enrolment date.

All group coaching calls (not the weekly Q&A calls) are recorded and may be accessed during your enrolled twelve-month period. Access to the recorded calls terminates at the end twelve-month program.

There are no refunds for the program and no refunds or credit issued for missed group coaching calls or workshops (live or virtual). No part of the programme, including any complementary products or services, is transferable to another person.

Although Investment Mastery and its coaches work hard to ensure all Gold Fast-Track participants gain the utmost value from the programme, it is the responsibility of the participant to dial into the group coaching calls, follow the schedule, attend workshops (live or virtual), and complete the programme within the twelve-month timeframe.

8. Investment Mastery Member Discount Policy

From time to time, on some Investment Mastery products, we will offer our membership customers the opportunity to purchase additional products and services at a discount rate. To be eligible for this discount, the customer must be a member in good standing at the time of purchase. No rebates or partial refunds will be offered if a customer purchases a product or service and then joins or purchases another product or service. These discounts are intended to benefit active members and not an enticement for new members.

9. Investment Mastery General Discount and Special Offer Policy

From time to time, Investment Mastery may offer non-membership customers the opportunity to purchase additional products and services at a discount rate. No rebates or partial refunds will be provided if a customer purchases a product or service and then purchases another product at a different price from other customers. Discounts are intended to be a benefit at the time of its offering only.

10. Live Streams and Virtual Events

Refunds will only be provided when the customer cannot watch the Livestream due to technical issues with Investment Mastery directly.
Refunds will only be considered and processed on the first day of each respective event.



Investment Mastery ensures all live streams are presented at the highest quality available from the live stream provider at the time of the event. Investment Mastery is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or lines, online computer systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or redemption to be received by Investment Mastery on account of technical problems or traffic congestion online or on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to customer’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading or streaming any materials consistent with this agreement or subsequent use of any Investment Mastery owned web properties.

If, for any reason, the stream is not capable of running online as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Investment Mastery that threatens or corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of a live stream offer, Investment Mastery, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the offer and/or any subscription.

11. Live In-Person EventsThe events, information, and speakers listed on our websites or any marketing literature are subject to change without notification.
Event fees and tickets are non-refundable outside of Your 14-day cooling-off period.

Ticket holders may not sell, offer for sale, offer at auctions, resell, donate, act as commercial agents for another party or otherwise transfer their tickets without the specific prior written consent of Investment Mastery.

11.1 Ticket TransfersTicket transfers can be processed on an occasion you are unable to attend the event you have purchased a ticket for. Transfer of any tickets must be no later than THIRTY (30) Days before the event. After the thirty-day prior event date, your ticket will automatically become no-transferrable.

A £50 including VAT transfer fee will be applied to all ticket transfers and must be paid before the ticket can be transferred.

11.2 Process for Guest Tickets Transfers Once a Ticket purchase is confirmed, the Ticket Purchaser may only change the assignment of the Guests accompanying them a maximum of two times and using the Tickets that he purchased by:

Changes to training and products To protect the customer from consuming out of date and invalid information, Investment Mastery reserves the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Investment Mastery products, content, or other materials at any time without notice for content no longer valid or deemed out of date. In no event will Investment Mastery be liable for making these changes. Investment Mastery may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of Investment Mastery services, in any case, and without notice or liability. 13. Access to Previous Purchases After acquiring any Investment Mastery products and training, you MAY NOT download previously acquired training onto any Associated Device. Investment Mastery training or services that you have previously acquired will be available to you under the timeframe you acquired the product or service. You will not be able to access certain previously-acquired content or training once your subscription or membership expires unless a renewal has been purchased. It is your responsibility to complete any programme or training within the timeframe allocated to your purchase.

Investment Mastery reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for particular features) or remove access without notice to any previously purchased training or content that is no longer valid or deemed outdated. 14. Your Account You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with and use any Investment Mastery service. You agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Investment Mastery may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.

To change any of your account information, please visit your Account inside your membership portal or contact a member of our team at admin@investment-mastery.com. 14.1 Communication and updates It is Your responsibility to keep your records up to date. Investment Mastery holds no responsibility for any customer not receiving any product, company or account updates due to a lack of management of Your Account Details and communication channels such as email and phone number. 15. Social Media (Facebook) Groups and CommunitiesCustomers of all levels are welcome here. We have community members of all skill and experience levels, from seasoned investors to total beginners.

We want people to feel safe when using our groups. For that reason, we’ve developed a set of community guidelines outlined below. These policies will help you understand what type of sharing is allowed in our private groups and communities and what type of content may be reported to us and removed. Because of the diversity of our global community, please keep in mind that something that may be disagreeable or disturbing to you may not violate our community guidelines.

You agree to the following ‘Group Rules’ and any other rules stated directly on the Social Media platform itself by accepting these terms and conditions.

  • Everyone at all levels is welcome here
    Customers of all levels are welcome here. We have community members of all skill and experience levels, from seasoned investors to total beginners.
  • Keep it respectful
    Comments that are inappropriately negative, rude, or attacking will be deleted, removed, or we will ask you to revise your thoughts. Everyone is here to learn and grow, so anything violating that will be removed.
  • No pitching to the group
    Our groups have a strict ‘no shopping for customers’ policy. This includes pointing people to your business website, other social media profiles, affiliate offers and publicly asking members to join your own Facebook groups or communities. Be cautious of unsolicited private messages to group members. If we get multiple complaints that you or someone else is using private messages to make unsolicited pitches to members, you may be asked to leave. You should view the group as your peers, not your leads.
  • No gated content
    Content posted in the groups cannot be used to harvest leads in any way. If you wish to share any content you deem valuable to other group members, ensure this content is accessible without the group member having to pass over any contact information.
  • Respect confidentiality
    Content gathered in our online community groups cannot be collected, repackaged, and/or shared outside the group. Every member of our communities has a right to privacy and the right to feel safe that their questions, answers, and experiences remain privy to group members only.
  • Keep it on topic
    We reserve the right to remove posts based on off-topic content or offensive content.
  • Partnering with other members
    Access to this group does not mean that Investment Mastery endorses anyone’s products, services, or expertise. Please be cautious and do your due diligence before taking any “advice” or suggestions from group members – don’t assume everyone is trustworthy and experienced. If you are looking for help implementing the training that Investment Mastery teaches, we have our Trader Coaches on hand, and they will make themselves known throughout the group itself.
  • Report posts that are breaking group policies
    Due to a large number of people in our groups and communities, it’s sometimes difficult for us to catch everything. If you see a questionable post, please report it, tag an Investment Mastery staff member in the comments, or reach out to our team directly via private message so they can review them.
  • Breaking the rules
    Three warnings for rule-breaking behaviour will result in a 7-day removal from the group. After the 7 days, you are welcome to re-join the group on a 30-day probation. If you break the rules again during your probation, you will be permanently removed from the community or group.

Investment Mastery will do its utmost to support our customers to the best ability based on the capabilities of the specific social media platform (predominately Facebook). Investment Mastery has zero control over any updates made by the social media platform of choice. Investment Mastery strictly manages what they can under the restraints of the social media platforms’ capabilities.

Under criminal law, certain uses of copyright, registered designs, or trademark without the owner’s permission can amount to a criminal offence.

All products and other materials relating to any Investment Mastery offering for which you are enrolling, whether presented during, before or after your participation, are subject to copyright and all intellectual Property Rights. The copyright in all such products and materials remains the property of Investment Mastery and may not be recorded, used or reproduced without the written permission of the copyright owner (Investment Mastery).

Investment Mastery, the Investment Mastery logo, other Investment Mastery trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used are trademarks or registered trademarks of Investment Mastery Trading Limited. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Investment Mastery Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license concerning any of the trademarks mentioned above and any use of such trademarks.

You authorise Investment Mastery to use photographic and video footage of our live training, which may include you, for marketing and education purposes. If you wish not to be included in any marketing activities please inform our team at admin@investment-mastery.com.

You agree that all content, strategies, and methodologies are to be used for your private use and not be shared with anyone under any circumstance, including commercial or financial gain.

Suppose you teach others without permission and have obtained any monetary exchange. In that case, you agree to pay 100% of any revenues to Investment Mastery, which must be paid within THIRTY (30) days of receiving payment. This does not prevent any legal action.

18. Liability

Investment Mastery is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, damages, costs, or expenses.
Investment Mastery is not liable for a) loss (whether actual or anticipated), b) loss of business, c) loss of reputation, d) loss of revenue, e) loss of anticipated savings, f) loss of opportunity or g) loss of goodwill arising from or in connection with this Agreement, whether or not such losses were reasonably foreseeable, or we or our employees, agents, or subcontractors were advised of the possibility of you incurring such losses.

19. Tax Under HM Revenue and Customs Law

Investment Mastery Trading Limited is Incorporated in England and Wales.

The services provided by Investment Mastery Trading Ltd ARE NOT classified as digital services under VAT Notice 741A but classified as an ‘e-service’ within the ‘VAT rules for supplies of digital services to consumers’.

Under the United Kingdom Tax/VAT law, ‘Definition of ‘electronically supplied’ a company supplying an “online course consisting of pre-recorded videos and downloadable PDFs plus support from a live tutor” must charge 20% UK VAT on all services offered.

In line with the place of supply guidelines, Investment Mastery charges UK VAT (20%) on all services as the place of supply of such service(s) is in the United Kingdom. This applies to all customers from all countries, no matter where you buy from and your tax jurisdiction.

20. Currency and Exchange Rates

Investment Mastery is an international business with an international client base. To support its global client base Investment Mastery does its best to offer as many services and products in multiple popular currencies such as EUR, USD, and AUD, but not limited to.

We also do our best to offer our services to be paid for popular Cryptocurrencies such as BTC, ETH, and USDC, but not limited to.

If you are not buying from within the UK, there may be additional charges due to your bank’s Foreign Exchange (FX) rate when purchasing from Investment Mastery in Great British Pound (GBP).

This is something out of our control and is charged through the bank or credit card. Therefore, you agree that Investment Mastery is not liable for any FX charges you may encounter when purchasing a product or service.
